Method

  1. Place strawberries and coconut flakes in a blender and pulse 3–5 times until small crumbles form. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter for 15 seconds. Add oats, protein powder, and syrup. Stir until well combined.
  3. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the bar and milk until smooth, then add to the energy ball mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into 10 balls and roll each in the strawberry-coconut mixture. Enjoy!
