About Megan Lyons:

Megan is a 37-year-old health and wellness expert and the owner of The Lyons‘ Share Wellness. She lives in Dallas with her husband Kevin and their lovely dogs Maverick and Riley. Her passion in life is to help others feel great inside and out. In addition to health coaching, she loves reading, being active, experimenting with healthy and delicious foods, learning everything she can about nutrition and fitness, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and anything related to nature. She wakes up every day excited to do what she loves!

She graduated with honors from Harvard University in 2007 with a degree in economics and received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2012. From 2007 to 2014, she worked as a management/strategy consultant. She received a health coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2011 and completed a master’s in holistic nutrition from Hawthorn University in 2019. She is certified as a holistic nutritionist by the NANP and also a certified clinical nutritionist by CNCB.
