From 5th to 12th august 2006, an international working camp took place close to the Frinds of Nature house “La Serment” at La-Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland, during which young Friends of Nature revitalized a drying stone wall. The activity was covered by media, and thus contributed to the creation of awareness and regional identity in the Jura. 16 juveniles from Hungary, France, Germany and Switzerland took part in the event.

The arc of the Jura mountain range between France and witzerland, which stretches from the Rhine in the north to the Rhône river and the Alps in the south, has been designated European "Landscape of the Year 2005/2006" by the Conference of Presidents representing the 21 National Federations of the international Friends-of-Nature movement.
