Wisconsin’s men’s basketball program will once again be wearing player-designed alternate uniforms this season, starting with today’s game against Jacksonville State, which begins at 7:00 p.m. ET on BTN.
This marks the fourth edition of the „By the Players“ uniforms, typically designed by the upperclassmen, including a cream-colored set with a cursive wordmark for 2020-21, a vintage design for 2021-22, and an all-black look with pinstripes in 2022-23.
This year’s all-white uniforms feature a silver „Wisconsin“ lettering outlined in cardinal on the chest, cardinal numbers outlined in silver, and a motion „W“ overlapping the state outlines, along with two cardinal stripes on the shorts.
Overall, the uniforms do not stray significantly from what the Badgers typically wear at home, apart from the color distribution on the wordmark, which is also arched instead of straight, and the numbers, as well as the addition of the state outline.
