Vegane Produkte für Augenbrauen, Wimpern und Haarwuchs – funktionieren sie wirklich? | Mein Schönheitshase

Hair loss and thinning have been hot topics lately, haven’t they? Some of my family members, including my husband, have been suffering from hair loss for years. I see how much it affects their confidence, and I know it can be particularly devastating for women. Some people use hair growth products because they suffer from conditions like alopecia, thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune diseases, PCOS, or other health issues. Some (okay, I would say „most“) people start losing hair as they age. Even if you’re young, you may just have naturally thin hair, stress (not all of us?), vitamin deficiencies, hair loss due to wearing wigs, or simply want fuller, thicker hair!

Vegan Hair Growth Products
Most natural hair growth products that I (or my husband) have tried have done absolutely nothing. They often only nourish the hair or exfoliate the scalp. While these are all good things, in my experience, they are usually not enough. Other over-the-counter and prescription products contain hormones and chemicals that can cause irritation, itching, and even more serious side effects. And of course, they are usually tested on animals. My husband and I wanted a happy medium. We wanted effective, vegan hair growth products that actually work. That’s what we found with Vegamour hair products. Vegamour is a 100% vegan and cruelty-free company. They have a wide range of products that I highly recommend for lash, brow, and hair growth. I have purchased some products and the company has sent me PR samples to try. My husband and I have been using them for years. I’ve also turned some of my friends and family onto this awesome, cruelty-free brand!

Vegamour GRO Hair Serum
This vegan hair growth serum uses plant-based ingredients like caffeine, mung beans, curcumin (from turmeric), and red clover. Studies have shown that when topically applied, caffeine can stimulate hair growth and potentially reduce the effects of DHT (which can cause hair loss). Mung beans are rich in minerals that your hair needs to grow. Curcumin is full of antioxidants that can eliminate the free radicals that could inhibit hair growth. It can also prolong the growth phase of the hair and suppress high DHT levels. Red clover is another ingredient that can lower DHT. It also soothes the scalp and has anti-inflammatory properties. The ingredients that really excite me are peptides! I am a big fan of peptides! Peptides are short chains of specific amino acids that have specific effects on your skin or hair. You know how cosmetic companies love to add collagen to shampoos and skin creams? Well, not only is it an animal-derived, non-vegan ingredient, but it’s also a large molecule that when topically applied cannot penetrate the skin’s surface. So, it’s just a marketing hype – don’t fall for it. Peptides, on the other hand, are small enough to get in there and do their thing! The peptides in Vegamour’s GRO Hair Serum are known to stimulate cell growth, which supports hair growth. A word of caution: If you are at a high risk for skin cancer, research oligopeptides and EGF (epidermal growth factor). I want to make it clear: these peptides do NOT cause cancer, but if you already have cancer and apply something that stimulates cell growth, there is a possibility of making it worse. This also goes for skincare and body care products made with these popular ingredients.

So, does this stuff really work? In my experience, YES, this vegan hair growth product works like Miracle-Gro, it accelerates hair growth, strengthens hair, reduces hair loss, and increases overall thickness. Does hair grow on completely bald areas where there are no hair follicles? No. If it did, that would be nothing short of a miracle! If you find a way to do that, please call me! So, it’s an amazing product, but one must be patient and consistent. It takes time to see results. You might see results after 90 days, but peak results are seen after 120 days. And you have to continue using the product. Once you stop, you’ll go back to where you started.

Vegamour GRO Scalp Detoxifying Serum
To keep your scalp healthy, use the GRO Scalp Detoxifying Serum once a week. If your scalp is oily or has a lot of buildup, it can be challenging for hair growth. This serum helps to eliminate buildup on the scalp around the hair follicles (especially if you use dry shampoo, gel, or other styling products). It also helps to prevent dandruff and flakiness. Zinc PCA and willow herb help to reduce excess oils, dandruff, and scalp irritations. Wild-harvested baobab and marula oils soothe and moisturize with omega-6 and 9 fatty acids. The serum also includes SR-Spider Polypeptide-1 for nurturing and protection (don’t worry – it’s a synthetic peptide that mimics spider silk!) and caffeine to further support you on your hair growth journey! To use this serum, section off parts of your hair and apply directly to your dry or damp scalp. Leave it on for 5–10 minutes, rinse it out, and then apply shampoo and conditioner. For best results, use it once a week. How quickly does it work? Vegamour conducted a study and found that symptoms decreased by 58% within three days and scalp buildup decreased by 58% within 15 days.

Vegamour GRO Lash Serum and GRO Brow Serum
It’s not just the hair on our heads that we want to grow – what about lashes and brows? The GRO Lash Serum and GRO Brow Serum from Vegamour can give your lashes and brows thickness, density, and length. These serums use many of the same ingredients as the hair serum (mung bean, red clover), but with a different peptide (acetylated tetrapeptide-3). The ingredients for GRO Lash Serum and GRO Brow Serum are the same, but the lash product is delivered with a liquid eyeliner-like applicator and the brow products with a doe-foot applicator. Do they work? Yes! I’ve found that they accelerate the growth of my brows and lashes, making them thicker. But no new hair grows on the bald spots in my brows. As I mentioned above, I believe that functional hair follicles are needed for hair growth products to work. The lash serum is great if you regularly get lash extensions (like me). Lash extensions can lead to lash fall-out and damage in the long run. So, the GRO Lash Serum helps to keep the lashes strong and healthy. You can also apply it to both the upper and lower lashes. There are no hormones or chemicals in GRO Lash that cause darkening of the skin. Other lash growth products have irritated my eyes so much that I had to stop using them. I’m glad to say that I did not have any irritation issues with Vegamour! !function(f,b,e,v,n,t,s){if(f.fbq)return;n=f.fbq=function(){n.callMethod? n.callMethod.apply(n,arguments):n.queue.push(arguments)};if(!f._fbq)f._fbq=n; n.push=n;n.loaded=!0;n.version=’2.0′;n.queue=[];t=b.createElement(e);t.async=!0; t.src=v;s=b.getElementsByTagName(e)[0];s.parentNode.insertBefore(t,s)}(window, document,’script‘,’https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/fbevents.js‘); fbq(‚init‘, ‚1595802280667686‘); // Insert your pixel ID here. fbq(‚track‘, ‚PageView‘);
