Questified Donuts mit weißer Schokolade und Himbeeren

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare 8 (3-inch) silicone donut molds with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sweetener, protein, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Place chopped bar and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30-40 seconds and stir until smooth. Allow to cool slightly before stirring in oil and eggs.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix with a rubber spatula until no dry spots remain.
  5. Fill a pastry bag with the batter and fill the donut molds about ¾ full.
  6. The batter should fill 8 molds. Bake the donuts for 14-16 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before removing. Once cooled, mix the frosting and dip each donut in the frosting, letting the excess drip off.
