  • 2 Quest apple pie bars
  • 12 tbsp low-calorie ice cream
  • ¼ Granny Smith apple, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Unwrap the bars and place them side by side on a piece of parchment paper.
  3. Heat in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  4. Cover with another piece of parchment and roll the bars flat using a rolling pin.
  5. Use a 2-inch cutter to form 8 rounds.
  6. Spray a mini tart or mini cupcake pan with non-stick spray.
  7. Press the circles into the indentations of the pan, creating „cups.“
  8. Bake the cups for 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Allow the cups to cool completely before removing them.
  9. Place the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
  10. Once it’s hot, add the apple pieces and cinnamon. Cook until the apples are soft, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
  11. Fill the cups with ice cream using a 1.5-inch cookie scoop and top with apple pieces.
  12. Finish with caramel or other toppings as desired.
