PGA schlägt (scherzhaft) neues Logo nach der Player's Championship 2024 vor – SportsLogos.Net News

The Professional Golfers‘ Association used social media in a lighthearted nod to Scottie Scheffler’s consecutive victories at the PGA Player’s Championship to share a mock-up of a new logo.

This proposed change (clearly in jest) celebrates Scheffler’s achievement of being the first golfer to win two titles in a row at this tournament.

The mock-up, which quickly caught the attention of golf enthusiasts, shows Scheffler’s silhouette in gold against a classic navy blue background.

Golf fans quickly reacted positively to the idea, as the tweet had garnered almost 13,000 likes at the time of this post.

At 27 years old, Scheffler is currently the top-ranked male golfer in the world. In addition to his consecutive Player’s Championships, Scheffler also won the PGA Masters tournament in 2022.
