Laut Purdue-Bericht gibt es immer mehr Neujahrsvorsätze für eine gesündere Ernährung

Food and nutrition-related New Year’s resolutions were more popular among consumers at the beginning of 2024 than last year, as shown in the Consumer Food Insights Report released in January. This year, 25% of consumers responded „Yes“ when asked if they had any resolutions related to eating or nutrition for the new year. This percentage is 6 points higher than the response to the same question last year.
