Ingredients

MINI STUFFED PEPPERS

  • 8 Mini Peppers
  • 5 tbsp Cream Cheese, at room temperature
  • ⅓ cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 packet of Quest Cheddar Blast Cheese Cracker, crushed
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Halve the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cheese crackers, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bake the stuffed peppers for 15-20 minutes, until tender. Serve immediately.
