Pilates, also known as the devil’s workout. But in all seriousness, Pilates is no joke… especially a reformer-based class. I really love how great I feel after the class. I truly appreciate the low-impact nature of the workout, compared to running which really puts a strain on my knees.

This year, my goal is to choose a workout class and stick with it. I have a Peloton bike, but I feel most comfortable working out in a class environment. It’s also a way for me to get out of my apartment and truly disconnect from work.

I’ve only attended a few classes so far, but I really enjoy Tempo Pilates. They have several locations in the London area. It’s worth checking out if you want to switch up your workout routine!
