Freitagsfavoriten 3.1 – Der Fitnessista

von NFI Redaktion

Hello friends! Happy Friday! What are your plans for this weekend? I’m looking forward to a yoga class, a family dinner, and a *quiet* weekend after traveling to Phoenix, Vegas, San Diego, and back to Phoenix last weekend for four weeks. Although we had a lot of fun, it will be nice to relax at home this weekend.

The highlight of last week was taking Liv to see Olivia Rodrigo in concert! This was one of her Christmas gifts and she was really excited. (I’m sorry we couldn’t all go, but it was a struggle to get those two tickets when pre-sale started!) Meanwhile, P had a father-daughter bowling alley and arcade adventure with friends. Olivia Rodrigo was incredible. I really like her voice – Liv is a HUGE fan – and I was blown away by the talent, production quality, and dancers. I even enjoyed it more than Taylor Swift (don’t throw things at me!) Being there with friends made the experience even more enjoyable.

The rest of the week was filled with household chores – I can’t wait to show you the end result – and the usual madness of school, dance, work, housework, and life. It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party! Here I share some of my favorite finds of the week and on the internet. I always love hearing about your favorites too, so please share them in the comments below.

Reading, watching, listening: I’m listening to this podcast episode while writing this post. Don’t forget to check out this week’s HRL episode with the 8-step holistic health process by Udo Erasmus. On a mission to help Mazer live forever. How a small habit can change your life.

Health + Fitness: I installed a new CGM and it was fun to check things out and get new data. I was curious to see how it reacted to the huge increase in beans in my life – I eat beans every day for lunch or dinner following the CBO protocol! – and it has remained stable. If you’re curious and want to try out Nutrisense, I highly recommend it. It’s amazing to see how our bodies react to food, exercise, sleep, and stress, and their RDs help you analyze the data, give tips, and conduct experiments.

Fashion + Beauty: This Madewell dress! I tried wearing it recently and then it started pouring rain. Thankfully, spring is around the corner.

Reader favorites from February. It’s always fun to go through the analyses again and see which products you loved this month that I shared on the blog. Here are the top picks for February:

– This nap dress is a duplicate. I have it in light brown and want it in another color.
– The best retainer cleaner. If you wear Invisalign or a retainer, you need this.
– This shoe spray. My holy grail for sneakers (especially for kids).
– This little rebounder. It’s so much fun to support the lymphatic system, and I love jumping for 5-10 minutes every day.

This month Beautycounter has something exciting coming up! Make sure to subscribe to my newsletter to get the information first!

Happy Friday, friends! Wishing you a beautiful day and see you soon! xo Gina
