Anna is a 53-year-old mother of three and a trained nurse by profession. Today, her focus is on online coaching in the areas of strength, nutrition, and mindset for women. She offers group and 1:1 coaching as well as an online community called Rock That Fitness. Anna was not always healthy and fit and has struggled with her weight for most of her adult life. In early 2017, she took a sustainable approach beyond dieting, resulting in over 30 pounds of weight loss that she has maintained to this day!
