Orlando Solar Bears of the ECHL don’t do things by halves. The latest evidence of this is their uniforms for their very first White Out Night, coming up this weekend.

The Solar Bears unveiled their uniforms for the White Out Night— or „Shades‘ White Out Night,“ named after the team’s polar bear mascot— on Friday, January 26th on social media. They will wear the uniforms when they host the Atlanta Gladiators on Saturday, January 27th.

As expected, the base of the jersey is white, and there are no unnecessary stripes. A black-silver version of the team’s skating bear logo, also seen on the team’s Black Alternate Jersey, is located on the front of the jersey. Sponsor logos on the front and back, as well as names and numbers on the back and sleeves, are silver.

The jerseys will be paired with all-white helmets, pants, gloves, and socks to complete the White Out look. The black-silver skating bear also appears on the front left leg of the pants.

The Solar Bears also tweeted a black-silver version of the team’s main logo, presumably located on the shoulders of the jersey.

Fans attending the AdventHealth Rink at the Kia Center on Saturday can participate in the White Out action with a free t-shirt, while supplies last. The jerseys are white with a solid black version of the Solar Bears‘ main logo on the front. Puck drop on Saturday is at 7:00 PM ET.

However, this isn’t even the only special jersey the Solar Bears have worn this week. On Tuesday, January 23rd, they wore special pink jerseys to celebrate their third annual Pink Whitney Night at the Kia Center, in the presence of Barstool Sports personalities Paul Bissonnette and Ryan Whitney.

The jerseys for Pink Whitney Night were (naturally) pink, with a white stripe bordered by pink and black stripes, and white stars on the chest. At the top of the stripe was a pink-black version of the Solar Bears‘ main logo, with the bear wearing a helmet to mimic the Pink Whitney logo, the popular vodka cocktail by Whitney and Bissonnette.
