According to TMZ, Antonio Brown has been directed to issue a $1 million check to a prominent jeweler who claims the former NFL WR borrowed some pieces and never returned them or paid for them.

Jean Louis Shuki, the creator of Shuki International, sued Brown last April. The lawsuit claims that Shuki gave AB a set of his signature diamond fingers – estimated to be worth $500,000 per finger – expecting Brown to either pay for them or return them.

Shuki, who has crafted jewelry for Floyd Mayweather, also said that he gave Brown a set of rose gold black diamond pieces, a white gold chain, and a ring that Brown was supposed to either return or pay for, as reported by TMZ.

AB, years removed from taking off his pads and jersey, showing a peace sign and running off the field at Metlife Stadium, has had financial troubles in the past. Brown has reportedly been late on child support payments to his ex and has been in arrears with payments to his Arena Football League team, the Albany Empire. The National Arena League terminated the contract with his team due to „failure to pay the league-mandated and overdue team obligations.“

Brown has not played in the NFL since 2021. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL Draft and has also played for the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He is a seven-time Pro Bowler and a Super Bowl champion with the Bucs.
