AC Milan’s DNA is deeply rooted in football, and the Serie A club wants everyone to know that with their new home jersey for the 2024-25 season from Puma.
AC Milan unveiled the new jerseys on Thursday, May 23, on their website and social media channels. After experimenting with different styles in recent years (2023-24; 2022-23; 2021-22), the Rossoneri are returning to a very traditional look with red and black vertical stripes for 2024-25. Each red stripe contains a segmented tone stripe, described as a „visual representation of the human genome – the essence of Milanismo,“ as stated on the club’s website. „It represents the passion that flows like blood through the veins of the fans, a tradition passed down through generations and worn by some of the greatest players of this game.“
The round neck collar, sleeve cuffs, and side panels of the jersey are white, as are the Puma logos on the chest and shoulders, as well as the sponsor logos on the chest and sleeve. The back of the jersey features a solid red area for better readability of names and numbers.
In 2024, AC Milan celebrates its 125th anniversary, and the new home jersey includes references to this milestone. On the back collar, there is a patch that reads „125 YEARS“ in white and „AC Milan“ in golden cursive, all bordered in thick black.
Inside the collar, there is a golden emblem with the inscription „SOCIAL CLUB INSTITUTION“ and the years 1899 and 2024 around a DNA strand. This emblem symbolizes „the club’s unwavering commitment to social issues and emphasizes AC Milan’s role as a social and cultural institution that is dedicated to promoting positive societal change,“ as stated in the club’s announcement.
AC Milan’s online shop offers both white and black shorts options for the 2024-25 home jersey, but only white socks.

In addition to the home jersey, AC Milan also unveiled a new goalkeeper jersey for the 2024-25 season on Thursday. It follows the same Puma template we saw with Manchester City’s reveal last week, but AC Milan opted for a black base with a grey pattern across the entire surface. White accents can be seen on the sides and front collar.
The AC Milan men’s team will wear the new home jersey in their final Serie A season home game against US Salernitana 1919 on Saturday, May 25, and also in a friendly match against AS Roma in Perth, Australia on Friday, May 31.
