IYNF, the independent youth organisation of NFI, is an international organisation associating 18-30 year old Naturefriends and their organisations accross Europe. With its 19 member and 3 partner organisations that gather more than 120.000 young members organised in more than 1000 local groups, it is one of the major European youth organisations.

It is a network of groups and organisations that cooperate together. As a training and exchange organisation they organise value-driven youth exchanges and capacity building activities for the benefit of its members. They do so in their core fields of outdoor programming, amateur art and environmental education using the methods experiential and intercultural education.

IYNF’s mission is to connect and inspire Young Naturefriends for living values of respect, solidarity, equality, sustainability, and love and care for nature.

Their next activities and meetings are the upcoming summer youth exchange Born to be wild, 10 days living pure nature and trying out a more green lifestyle - German and Belgian participants are still needed! In November they will organize again InTouch, a Training on International Youth Exchange Management and in September the yearly Planning Weekend for Members will happen.
