The International Commission for the Protection of the Alps (CIPRA) calls upon the Alpine countries to turn the Alps into a model region for climate protection. Organisations, institutions and networks are invited to undersign the “Climate Pact for the Alps” launched by CIPRA in Argentière-la-Bessée/F at the 2nd AlpWeek.

On the one hand, the Climate Charter is a means whereby IFN demands that the European Union and its member states pursue ambitious climate policies, consistent with cutting-edge research findings and based on compliance with the 2°C standard.
